Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking a brand ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, marketing, and sales, with proven experience in organizing and promoting events. The role will require strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement event promotion plans to increase attendance and revenue for events
Create and distribute marketing materials to promote events
Analyze and report on event success, including attendance and revenue

Requirements:

An interest in marketing, business administration, or related field
6 months of experience in event promotion, marketing, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

When do I get paid?

We process payments weekly via BACS. Funds usually reach your account on the Friday following the week you worked.

What is the required uniform?

Standard uniform is usually a plain black polo shirt, black smart trousers, and clean black shoes. Specific requirements for each event will be sent in your briefing pack.

Do I need previous experience?

While experience is a plus, we value a "can-do" attitude and reliability above all else. We provide full on-site briefings for every role.

How long does the application process take?

Once you apply, our team typically reviews profiles within 48 hours. If successful, you'll be invited for a quick video call or phone interview.

Can I work with my friends?

Yes! We encourage referrals. If you and a friend are both registered and available, we do our best to book you on the same shifts.

Welcome Bonus!

We are keen to attract new talent who can make a difference to our business. This means that all candidates who are offered a role and go on to start in a permanent role with us, will receive a bonus of £1000 gross (pro rata if part-time) in their first month’s pay.
